Setting time aside for personal growth

It’s a very simple idea and make sense a lot. Why? Personal growth helps us to understand who we are and what we can become. Putting time aside to reflect and to grow from our difficulties will eventually assists us reduce our suffering in life. The more time and energy that we put in, the more we will learn how to live and to enjoy our lives.

Of course, we have to make sure that we do it in a way that fit us and find the right mentors to follow and to learn from. Otherwise no matter how much time that we put in, we will very possibly  get sidetracked and run into even more obstacles. Personal growth is very sophisticated self-discovery process. Make sure you follow you heart, and follow the right mentor(s) and practices. Good luck.
