Group Work

Group work and courses are designed for students who

  • would like to advance their personal growth and spiritual development.
  • are ready for deeper learning and  exploration of inner experiences.
  • are interested in their personal transformation.

The learning space is held for students to feel safe, so they can learn to be authentic and supportive for themselves and others.

In each session, students will have the opportunities to learn and to practice. Their personal process will be led by Kai-Lin’s guidance and will be supported by other participants.

Group Work is offered

A typical group session is 2 hours, it will contain

  • Being in silence (5-10 minutes)
  • Check in (10 minutes)
  • Teaching
  • Group process and/or Personal process
  • Q & A

Open Group Day

Open Group Day is a good opportunity for you to experience the group and the teaching before you commit to 8-week group course.

Fee：CAD $ 30 , Sliding Scale：CAD $ 20
